Where we ship We currently ship worldwide. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier partners.
Delivery times Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Indonesia: 7–14 business days
- Southeast Asia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days
These are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance or carrier conditions beyond our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
